What’s the minimum age?

The minimum age is 9 years old.


How long does a session last?

Each of our sessions lasts for an hour (60 minutes). In each session, we go through an "induction" which is about 10 minutes as well as get you suited with the equipment for health and safety. Thus the gameplay is actually 45 minutes. It is adviced that you arrive at least 15 minutes before if you want to make use of the 60 minutes gameplay. This will allow you and your team to suit-up as well as go through health and safety "induction".


Do I need to book in advance?

There are limited spaces per hour so we recommend customers book ahead to avoid disappointment. Weekends and school holidays are very popular and you may need to book a couple of weeks in advance. Click BOOK NOW to check for availability and to make a booking.


Must I sign a waiver?

When you check-in,  you are agreeing to the waiver. Without checking-in, you will not be able to participate.


I don’t have a credit/debit card. Can I pay when I get there?

Online bookings need to be paid for at the time of booking.  Unfortunately, we currently do not accept cash payments on site.


Is my booking refundable or transferable?

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable if it is within 7 days of the event date.


When do I need to arrive?

We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes before your session. Please allow plenty of time to check in, especially at weekends and school holidays.


What happens if I am late?

All participants will receive a briefing/induction about the rules of the event. Briefing last 15 minutes of a session, however, if all participants arrive 15 minutes before their session then they will be able to play the entire 60 minutes. If you are 15 minutes late to your session you will forfeit the entire session and cannot partake. You will also not be able to claim a refund as you will have missed the "health & safety" briefing.


What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes such as shorts or tracksuits. No sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are allowed. All loose jewellery will need to be removed. You must also wear our special grip trainers. No cell phones or devices to be carried in pockets. You may wear a Go-Pro device to record your in-game gameplay. We encourage you to share your videos with us on our social media using the following hashtags #GoArrowTag.


Do you have lockers?

Unfortunately we do not have any lockers or storage facilities. Thus we encourage you to lock your prized possessions in car or keep safe with someone whom you know personally that is in attendance to the session. We cannot be held liable any stolen or lost possession(s) - it is entirely your own risk should you lose your valuables.


Can I bring my own food?

No, due to our health and safety policy no outside catering is allowed. Snacks and drinks are available from our Café/vending machines and only food or drinks purchased from us may be consumed on the premises.


Do you have parking?

Yes, we have free parking at some of our venues. We would always recommend car sharing or the use of public transport to help ease the demand for parking spaces.  Please Park considerately and avoid blocking other access.

How can you report a problem?

We are committed to providing you with the highest standard of service but if something does go wrong in the first instance ask to speak to the senior on duty at the session and see if it can be resolved. If you cannot resolve the problem on site then you may write to us at [email protected] providing details of the problem and if possible supply the name of the person on site that you spoke to. Please note you must notify us within 7 days of the booking otherwise we will be unable to investigate for you. We aim to respond to all written notifications after our investigation, usually within 20 days of receipt.
